At Bells of Steel, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your iron; if your gear isn't the perfect fit for your home gym, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Gear

  Disassemble your equipment and pack it securely in the original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and components are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
